- Manage all correspondence, presentations, and communications for the Founders.
- Document meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Analyze business challenges and convert them into actionable initiatives.
- Assist in executing business strategies and identifying avenues for growth.
- Oversee initiatives that require the Founders’ involvement.
