Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Support Executive in our Vorizon – Voice process, located in Kolkata. This position involves managing customer inquiries and providing outstanding support. The role requires candidates to work evening or night shifts on a rotational basis, with a total of five working days per week.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should hold a degree in any field and have a minimum of one year of experience in BPO or International Voice Customer Support.
Compensation: The monthly salary ranges from ₹25,00 to ₹30,00, including performance bonuses and travel allowances.
Interview Procedure: Candidates will undergo HR screening, an AMCAT test, a mock call/chat, and a final operations interview.
