Job Description

Location: Kolkata
Shifts: Evening/Night (Rotational), 5 days/week
We are looking for skilled professionals to join our International Process team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will efficiently manage customer inquiries, provide effective solutions, and ensure an exceptional support experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation in any discipline (maximum age 35)
- Experience: At least 1 year in a BPO/Customer Support role (International Voice Process)
- Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills
Salary: CTC – ₹4.2 LPA, ₹25,00 – ₹30,00 per month, plus bonuses and travel allowances.
