Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to oversee daily accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and support for month-end close. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of practical accounting experience and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable and assist with month-end reporting
- Demonstrate strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and deadline management
- Communicate effectively and contribute to process improvements
