Job Description
Gigadocs Softtech Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to manage nighttime hotel operations, balance daily financial transactions, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role merges accounting and front desk duties to ensure accurate financial records and guest support during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and handle inquiries.
- Address guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Reconcile daily transactions and generate financial reports.
- Monitor security and assist with operational setup for the next day.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month
