Job Description
Position: Receptionist and Tele-Caller
Company: Gowra Ventures Pvt Ltd
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage new customers via inbound/outbound calls, explaining company products.
- Assist customers by addressing queries and understanding their needs.
- Collect customer information for processing and update data sheets.
- Coordinate site visits with prospective customers and the Marketing/Sales team.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate with 2-4 years in telesales, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Computer-savvy, knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,00 – ₹20,00 per month
