We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Request Coordinator to manage tenant maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with vendors. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and log maintenance requests.
- Prioritize and dispatch work orders to vendors.
- Follow up on pending repairs and update tenants.
- Process vendor payments and maintain records.
Pay: ₹17,500.00 – ₹26,500.00 per month
