The primary responsibilities include forging partnerships with dealers, DSAs, and brokers to boost lead generation, collaborating with branch channels to enhance gold loan performance, and maintaining business profitability to meet targets. You will implement sales promotional activities per bank norms to increase sales volume and value. Additionally, you will work towards ensuring product availability and awareness in potential market areas while conducting retail activities to elevate brand visibility and customer engagement.
