Job Description
Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience: 1-3 Years
Work Schedule: Night Shifts (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
Job Description: We are seeking a proficient US IT Recruiter to manage the full recruiting life cycle. This includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Experience with W2/C2C candidates is essential. Applicants must demonstrate effective sales skills, negotiation abilities, and knowledge of IT concepts. You will source and screen IT candidates using various recruiting tools and techniques.
