Job Description
Victoria’s Secret is seeking a highly motivated Scrum Owner to facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum practices within our development teams. You will guide the team on Agile principles, ensuring a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading Scrum ceremonies
- Collaborating with Product Managers
- Removing obstacles for the team
- Communicating project status to stakeholders
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 5-7 years experience (2 as Scrum Master), strong Agile understanding, excellent communication skills, CSM certification preferred.
