Job Description
We have an urgent requirement for a Customer Success Associate in our Chat and Voice process. This position is based in our office in Gurgaon, and we are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
Qualifications include graduates and undergraduates from any field. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The role involves handling customer queries effectively.
Salary ranges from ₹20,00 to ₹24,00 per month, with shifts operating 24/7 on a rotational basis. You will work 6 days a week with 1 weekly off.
