Job Description
EEPIC Digital is seeking a dedicated Client Engagement Specialist to join our team at Dera Mandi Retreat, Chhatarpur, Delhi. This position offers fixed monthly compensation ranging from ₹20,00 to ₹25,00, along with performance-based incentives. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via outbound calls and WhatsApp, updating company trackers, and managing effective customer communications. Additionally, you will respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads from advertising campaigns. Ideal candidates should possess strong skills in customer relationship management, English communication, problem-solving, and outbound calling.
