Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Assistant Vice President (AVP) of SOX Compliance and Assurance. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing compliance initiatives aligned with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive risk assessments, managing audits, and implementing robust internal controls. The AVP will work closely with various departments to strengthen compliance frameworks and reduce financial risks.
Ideal candidates should have a solid background in finance, accounting, or related disciplines, along with outstanding communication skills and keen attention to detail. Professional certifications such as CPA or CIA are highly preferred.
