Job Description
Join HaystackAnalytics, an innovative HealthTech company located at IIT Bombay, dedicated to transforming clinical genomics products. As a Bioinformatics Intern, you will be instrumental in analyzing Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data and creating custom analysis pipelines using R, Python, and Linux. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of human and microbial genomes, as well as familiarity with relevant databases.
Essential qualifications include proficiency in R/Python and experience in developing NGS analysis pipelines. A Master’s degree in Bioinformatics or Biotechnology is required, along with prior relevant experience in the field.
This is a full-time internship opportunity for a duration of three months, offering a stipend ranging from ₹8,00.00 to ₹10,00.00 per month with flexible morning shifts available.
