Job Description
XMC BPO is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will address customer inquiries and concerns through email and chat while ensuring that you provide accurate and comprehensive information. Building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers is crucial, as is collaborating with fellow team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer issues via email and chat, deliver precise information, foster positive relationships, and work collaboratively with the team.
Required Skills: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (international experience preferred), strong English communication skills, and willingness to work shifts.
Compensation: ₹12,500.00 – ₹14,853.00 per month
