Job Description
Hotel Merlin International is currently seeking a seasoned Executive Chef to lead our Banquet and culinary teams. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the food industry, complemented by a passion for crafting innovative dishes suitable for large banquet events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning.
- Guide and mentor kitchen staff to foster professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members on menu development.
- Manage inventory efficiently and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
Required Experience: A minimum of 10 years in a similar role. Compensation: ₹35,946.99 – ₹40,852.92 per month.
