Job Description
IDFC FIRST Bharat Ltd is looking for a dedicated Gold Loan Officer to help customers secure short-term loans using their gold as collateral. In this role, you will assist clients throughout the loan application process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate gold and disburse loans in accordance with company policy.
- Conduct credit assessments and input relevant data.
- Safeguard gold assets and manage storage access.
- Generate reports and collaborate with the collections team.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of gold loan products and RBI regulations.
- Experience in sales and management roles.
Compensation: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
