Job Description
The Child Heart Foundation, a dynamic organization, is seeking an OPD Helper to facilitate efficient operations at our Doctor’s Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Doctors and patients during their visits.
- Assist patients with registration, documentation, and appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Address patient inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate official records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification of 10+2, proficient in reading and writing English.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Doctor’s office, clinic, or healthcare setting.
