Job Description
URBX Knowledge Park LLP is currently in search of a dedicated Placement Officer with 3-4 years of experience in student placements, ideally within educational settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing robust employer networks in Kerala and implementing placement strategies to achieve high student hiring rates.
Key responsibilities include organizing pre-placement training sessions, conducting mock interviews, providing career guidance, and managing campus interviews and job fairs. Candidates should possess experience in logistics, accounting, or office management, along with outstanding communication skills and a valid driving license. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from ₹30,00.00 to ₹45,00.00.
