Job Description
We are currently searching for a Technical Lead (TSX_TechLead) with hands-on experience in developing robust and maintainable software using Java Technologies. Ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in Core Java and demonstrate proficiency in J2EE and Web Technologies, including JSP, Struts, Spring MVC, and Hibernate. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, and React is essential.
This role requires active participation in requirements analysis, the creation of functional and technical specifications, and collaboration with onsite stakeholders. Additionally, the selected candidate will provide technical guidance to team members, mentor junior staff, and lead project meetings with clients.
