Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Female Patient Care Executive (PCE) to join our team in Mumbai (Kharghar). This full-time position requires 2-4 years of experience and offers a day shift from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets and promote medical products.
- Manage patient appointments and oversee follow-ups.
- Assist patients during visits, ensuring they understand their medications.
- Professionally address and resolve patient complaints.
Qualifications:
- B.Com, B.Pharm, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent fields.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and the local language.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
