Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage court matters, real estate documentation, and collaborate with revenue departments.
- Conduct thorough legal due diligence and possess an understanding of local property acquisition laws.
- Oversee both litigation and non-litigation issues.
- Prepare property notes and title reports with precision.
- Draft various legal documents, including Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), agreements, and sale deeds.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- LLB degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate.
- Fluent in English and the local language.

Pay: ₹240,00.00 – ₹300,00.00 per year
