Job Description
A prominent builder with numerous projects in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai is in search of a qualified Legal Professional (Advocate) with 5-7 years of experience in the Real Estate/Builder sector. Proficiency in reading, writing, and typing in Marathi is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting due diligence on properties and verifying titles.
- Managing project registrations under RERA and handling customer flat registrations.
- Forming societies and overseeing legal matters.
- Coordinating with litigation advocates and managing court proceedings.
Location: Navi Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time, 6 days a week
Salary: ₹600,00 – ₹700,00 per year
