Job Description
Nest Matrimony is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to enhance our team. The work hours are from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, effectively resolving complaints, and maintaining precise records.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹10,00.00 to ₹12,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include cell phone reimbursement, commission pay, and performance-based bonuses. Candidates with a Higher Secondary education and prior customer service experience are preferred. Proficiency in both Hindi and English is highly desirable.
