Job Description
The Youth Empowerment Foundation is seeking a skilled and motivated Practicing Company Secretary to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will assist clients with company incorporation, manage compliance and amendments, and provide essential legal advisory services. As the primary liaison for clients, you will ensure effective communication and support corporate governance initiatives.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹35,00.00 to ₹45,00.00 per month, complemented by benefits including cell phone reimbursement and performance-related bonuses.
Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Hindi is highly preferred.
