Job Description
Real Stock Analyzer is currently seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives, organizing workflows efficiently, overseeing and mentoring employees, and ensuring the safe operation of equipment. Key responsibilities include monitoring production output, submitting performance reports, identifying areas for efficiency improvement, and training new employees on safe machinery practices.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary range of ₹20,00.00 – ₹23,00.00 per month, along with health insurance and provident fund benefits. The work schedule includes both day and morning shifts, with performance and annual bonus opportunities available.
Requirements
