Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality legal advice to the Transaction Banking and Digital Banking group.
- Review RFPs, Government tenders, contracts, and MOUs.
- Advise on agreements with partners such as NPCI and Card Associations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate Bank documentation related to various financial services.
- Manage contract life cycles and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on banking laws and industry regulations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align legal requirements and risk management.
