Job Description:
- Manage the scheduling of daily, monthly, and annual processes on applications and databases.
- Execute routine monthly and yearly processes efficiently.
- Handle batch jobs for uploads and downloads as required.
- Conduct Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) procedures.
- Adhere to escalation protocols for any SOD and EOD failures.
- Effectively log and manage user support calls.
- Oversee user profile management through ERP Life Asia.
- Monitor system status and provide daily reports on data center conditions.
- Collaborate with vendors for RAID configurations and disk management.
