Job Description
HiLITE Urban is actively seeking skilled candidates for the role of Junior Officer – Tenant Relations. In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for tenants, managing inquiries, addressing complaints, and fulfilling requests. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new tenants, maintaining accurate records of tenant interactions and service requests, and preparing reports on tenant concerns and feedback.
Qualifications include:
- A Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a background in Accounts.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in property or tenant management, or retail operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Location: Calicut/Thrissur
Compensation: Starting at ₹25,00.00 per month; Full-time and Permanent.
