Job Description
We are looking for a driven and articulate Telecaller Executive to become a vital part of our team. The role entails reaching out to clients to remind them of pending payments, providing essential information, and accurately documenting all communications.
- Make outbound calls regarding outstanding payments
- Clearly and professionally explain the purpose of each call
- Maintain daily call logs and update statuses in the system
- Consistently follow up with clients to ensure timely payments
- Address queries courteously and resolve customer concerns
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by management
