Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking individuals for the role of Process Executive who will be responsible for the first-level processing of loans, orders, requests, and claims throughout the loan servicing life cycle. Candidates must have knowledge of Loan Servicing, including Escrow and Non-Escrow loans.
Responsibilities:
– Process loans/orders/requests or claims as assigned.
– Achieve SLA targets for accuracy and productivity.
– Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
