Job Description
ASC Group is on the lookout for a dedicated P2P Associate to provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving issues related to payments, invoices, and purchase orders. Effective communication through email, chat, and phone is crucial for this role.
This position requires a comprehensive understanding of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes and the capability to assist with system changes.
