Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated CRM Executive to become a vital part of our team at Watchyourhealth. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting with claim processes at client sites.
- Addressing customer inquiries regarding policy coverage and health claims.
- Guiding users on claims app for submission and tracking.
- Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated corporates.
- Collaborating with internal claims units to ensure efficient processing.
Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in the Health Insurance sector and possess a valid graduation degree. Proficiency in English is essential.
Salary ranges between ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 CTC. This position is based in Mumbai – Prabhadevi and requires travel twice a week.
