Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a motivated PDU Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily visit properties mortgaged with KMBL for both commercial and consumer banking. Your responsibilities will include completing the APF process, conducting site visits, attending builder meetings, and verifying original documents.
Additionally, you will prepare valuation and APF reports, assess external evaluations, and ensure compliance with bank policies. Interaction with external vendors for case initiation and coordinating billing processes will also be part of your duties. A background in civil engineering is preferred, along with familiarity with the local area.
