Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is currently seeking a qualified PDU Executive to enhance our Legal Loans team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits to properties mortgaged with KMBL across both the commercial and consumer banking sectors.
The key responsibilities for this role include executing the APF process through property inspections, managing all necessary documentation, and preparing detailed valuation reports. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and familiarity with local property markets is highly preferred.
