Job Description
Autobahn Trucking Corporation Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining our customer database, making service reminder calls, and delivering outstanding support to elevate customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep customer database current and accurate.
- Conduct service reminder calls and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Carry out post-service feedback calls to our clients.
- Professionally manage incoming calls.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints.
Compensation: ₹10,00 – ₹15,00 per month, with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, life insurance, and additional perks.
Work Location: On-site, during the day shift.
Requirements
