Job Description
Cognizant is looking for a skilled HCM Functional Analyst to join our Cloud ERP solutions team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Human Capital Management systems, along with hands-on experience in implementing and enhancing Cloud ERP functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and analyze client requirements to craft effective solutions within the Cloud ERP platform.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of HCM functionalities.
- Deliver ongoing support and training to users, maximizing their proficiency with Cloud ERP tools.
Preferred Qualifications: Relevant Cloud ERP certifications are highly desirable.
