Job Description
Virtusa is looking for a seasoned Oracle Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Business Analyst to enhance our HR documentation and systems. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating comprehensive system landscape documentation, mapping existing HR systems and integrations, and outlining key business processes, including new hire onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll, and talent management.
The ideal applicant will possess significant experience as a Business Analyst in the Oracle HRIS domain, along with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. We are seeking someone who can effectively translate complex processes into clear documentation.
