Job Description
Level Three Edutech Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Telecaller Executive to handle both inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and assist prospective students with course inquiries and admissions processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to students and parents.
- Provide comprehensive information about courses and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads while maintaining an organized database.
- Manage inbound calls, guiding applicants through the enrollment process.
- Meet targeted call and enrollment objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a 12th-grade education or equivalent graduation.
- Outstanding communication and computer skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in telesales or educational counseling.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹15,00 per month
