Job Description
Wipro is seeking talented professionals to join our Corporate Development team, dedicated to implementing our global inorganic growth strategy through strategic acquisitions, investments, and divestitures. As an M&A Deal Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting Deal Managers throughout the entire M&A process, conducting market research for pipeline development, and analyzing competitive M&A activities.
Ideal candidates will have 4 to 6 years of experience in Corporate Development, M&A, or Investment Banking, with a proven track record of 2 to 3 completed deals. A qualification such as an MBA, PGDM, CA, or CFA is strongly preferred, along with exceptional communication and analytical skills.
