Job Description

Eligent Group is seeking an experienced IPO Executive to manage and oversee the entire Initial Public Offering (IPO) process. This role involves conducting market analysis, preparing financial reports, maintaining investor relations, ensuring legal compliance, and coordinating with underwriters, lawyers, and accountants to successfully launch our company’s shares in the public market for the first time.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month

Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement, Paid time off

Experience Required: 3 years in a relevant field
