Job Description
Flash Tech Consulting is seeking an experienced and driven Night Toolpusher to join our drilling operations team. This pivotal leadership position is perfect for candidates with a robust background in high-spec rigs and advanced rig control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee night-shift drilling operations.
- Guide and mentor drill floor personnel.
- Manage and troubleshoot Amphion control systems.
- Ensure Top Drive systems comply with HSE standards.
- Deliver daily reports and support complex operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹200,00.00 – ₹250,00.00 per month
