• Generate and send invoices to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of client accounts.
• Process and track incoming payments.
• Communicate payment deadlines to customers.
• Prepare billing reports and financial statements.
• Update accounts receivable databases.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Suggest payment assistance programs as needed.
