Job Description
Balaji Grand Bazar is looking for an energetic and persuasive Retail Promoter to represent our brand in various retail environments. The ideal candidate will showcase product features, engage with customers, and enhance sales through effective in-store promotions and top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and demonstrate products at assigned retail locations.
- Engage with customers to highlight product benefits and usage.
- Boost product visibility and oversee inventory levels.
Qualifications: A minimum of a 10th or 12th-grade education is required, with a preference for graduates. Candidates should possess 1-2 years of retail sales experience or be recent graduates with exceptional communication skills.
