Job Description
TCR CAFE is seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and coffee-based drinks within a welcoming café environment. Ideal candidates will possess a thorough understanding of various brewing techniques, including pour-over, French press, and espresso, as well as knowledge of different coffee bean profiles.
Your key responsibilities will include operating espresso machines, creating beautiful latte art, preparing beverages, and delivering exceptional customer service. There may also be opportunities to engage in coffee sourcing and recipe innovation.
