Job Description
Uncle Delivery Express is on the lookout for a committed Chat Support Executive to enhance our team. In this vital role, you will address customer inquiries through chat and inbound calls, provide insights into our services, and collaborate to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Applicants must possess at least 1 year of relevant customer care experience, be proficient in written and spoken Kannada and Telugu, demonstrate strong typing skills, and thrive in high-pressure environments.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to ₹30,00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and leave encashment. Candidates must be flexible with rotational shifts.
