Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a Process Manager – Analytics to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have 6-7 years of experience in analytics within the BFSI sector, with expertise in building predictive models and managing big data using Python and SAS. A master’s or bachelor’s degree in Technology or Statistics is required. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
In this position, you will oversee fraud trends in Digital and Card payments, implement fraud detection rules, and lead a team of analysts. Proficiency in various statistical and machine learning techniques is a must.
