Job Description
Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, you will promptly address customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat. Your role will involve efficiently resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of interactions and feedback, and providing product information along with troubleshooting assistance. You will collaborate with internal teams to address concerns, identify customer needs, and suggest appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will follow up with customers to confirm their issues are resolved.
