Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is looking for a motivated Product Support Specialist for our Fastag B2C division. The successful candidate will define business metrics and work closely with the Unit Head to develop specifications and business analysis requirements. This role involves ownership of reporting and alerting processes to ensure timely delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing reports to communicate vital insights, maintaining and reporting data related to Channels & Priority Services, and serving as a pivotal link between Channels and Product to meet business objectives. A proactive approach in identifying issues and enhancing monitoring processes is essential for success.
