Einfach Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Purchase Executive to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and processing purchase requests, obtaining estimates from preferred vendors, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. Key responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, managing invoices, and resolving discrepancies with suppliers. Effective coordination with various departments is essential in assessing material needs and maintaining accurate data records.
Applicants should possess outstanding English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, along with a minimum of 8 years of purchasing experience.
